PRICING All the prices quoted to you will be Ex-Work from Singapore, unless stated otherwise. The prices can be changed anytime with prior notice. Payment Terms Payment is strictly in Advance via Paypal or Telegraphic transfer to our account. Buyer is responsbile for bank transfer fees on both end. For Paypal payment, there is a 3.5% charge.

FISH MORTALITY (DOA) POLICY In the event of fishes dead on arrival (DOA), it must be reported to us immediately upon arrival of shipment and we will credit in next invoice at our discretion. Mortality rate above 10% of the total shipment must be reported to the Airlines concerned and a bad order/discrepancies form must be duly filled up for our verification so that a full replacement can be made in the next shipment. Please note there is no DOA guarantee against Marine Fish, Maine Invertebrates and Corals.
